Volunteer Opportunities

You can be a part of what God is doing at Word of Life. Through the skills of many volunteers, God allows

Word of Life to accomplish more than we could on our own. People from all walks of life with every skill

imaginable volunteer to help make our ministry happen.

Because we value our volunteers, we provide housing (if available) and meals at no charge to those

volunteering on Word of Life property.

All volunteers must provide a police vulnerable sector check to volunteer with Word of Life.

How can you serve

work teams

Whether it’s for a weekend, a full week, or even longer, we would love to have you and your group join us for exciting opportunities as a work team. We will select projects that match the capabilities and skill sets of your group.

Recharge volunteer

Recharge is an evangelistic, winter camp designed to reach teens with the Gospel. Join us for a weekend in kitchen, maintenance, outdoor activities or customer service.

individual volunteers

Want to lend a hand when and where you can?Talk to us about ways you can come as an individual to fill a need around campus. There are many ways you can volunteer your time, such as landscaping, electrical, plumbing, woodworking, culinary, housekeeping, etc.

Summer staff volunteer

We are looking for volunteers of all ages to participate in our summer camp ministry! Whether you have a week or the entire summer available, you can help out in kitchen, maintenance or outdoor activities. If you are sending your kids to camp, this is a perfect opportunity to get involved while they are here!
